1 General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the dps25com website, its subdomains and all associated digital services.
• "User" / "You" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "We" / "dps25com" means the company operating this platform.
• "Account" means a user's registered profile and wallet.
• "Bonus" means additional funds or credits granted for promotional purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on dps25com, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details fully confidential.
• Any breach of account security must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Accounts are non-transferable — you may not allow any third party to use your account.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited may not register.

2.3 Account Security

The user is personally responsible for all activity carried out on their account. dps25com will not be liable for unauthorised use of an account unless it is proven that the unauthorised use resulted from our own negligence.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

dps25com follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure platform security and legal compliance.

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed or when a transaction exceeds a specified limit.
• A copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested for verification.
• Proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method may also be requested if necessary.
• Providing incorrect or false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 — applicable to each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be declined and returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 (one) hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made from verified accounts and to the same method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• dps25com reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, though a total daily limit may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dps25com offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means the bonus must be wagered 25 times in total before it can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• The bonus applies only to accounts whose details match the information provided at registration.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts.

• dps25com reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds or payouts due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the game or event.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple devices at the same time is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events), football, kabaddi and other sports are available on the relevant betting page. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the situation will be handled in accordance with dps25com's established policy.

6.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dps25com reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

8.2 User's Right to Close an Account

Any user may close their account at any time via live chat or email. Before closing, all active bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn.
